Brian S. Roman is Of Counsel member of Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC. Mr. Roman is currently serving as General Counsel to one of the nation's leading generic drug companies, located in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Mr. Roman's law practice is focused on complex commercial, intellectual property and employment litigation and related counseling. He has represented a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies across the United States. He has also led numerous sensitive internal investigations, compliance audits and training programs. Mr. Roman is a past Chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Area.
