Justin M. Tuskan

Justin M. Tuskan is an Associate member of Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, in addition to banking and real estate.

Mr. Tuskan has represented a broad range of clients in both state and federal courts in a variety of matters, including breach of contract actions, asset acquisition disputes, mortgage foreclosures, mechanics’ lien claims, and oil and gas litigation.

Mr. Tuskan also has experience advising banks in various regulatory matters, as well as assisting clients in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tuskan served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Terrence F. McVerry, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Mr. Tuskan was a summer associate with Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC.
