Mr. Danovitz is a lawyer, certified public accountant and registered investment advisor. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal financial counseling, tax, and estate planning.

Mr. Danovitz has significant experience in estate planning and in estate administration. He has experience in preparing complex estate plans for privately held business owners, corporate executives and high net worth individuals. He also has extensive experience in consulting on individual, estate, fiduciary and gift tax matters.

His experience includes:

• Assisted clients in developing estate plans that included wills, trusts, multigenerational entities, private foundations, split interest trusts and life insurance.
• Assisted PNC Bank in designing and implementing a financial planning program for the clients of PNC Advisors.
• Assisted numerous individuals in designing and implementing charitable organizations and private foundations as part of their estate plans.
