Thomas J. Whyte
Thomas J. Whyte is a Senior Consultant with Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC. Mr. Whyte's knowledge is concentrated in the natural resources industry.
He has previously served as Executive Vice President of Consolidation Coal Company with responsibility for Legal Affairs, Industrial Relations, Employee and Public Relations, Safety and Environmental Quality Control. He has also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Purolator Courier Corporation, and as a director of the Interstate Fabricators & Constructors, Inc. of Fairmont, West Virginia. Mr. Whyte has served on the Executive Committee of the Bituminous Coal Operators Association, the National Coal Association, the National Council of Coal Lessors, and the West Virginia Coal Association.
