Corporate Associate

We are currently seeking a mid to upper level corporate attorney with 4-7 years of experience representing companies in various business transactions, including entity formation, public securities offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, financing and general transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition agreements, financing agreements and related documents, preparation of legal opinions, due diligence and related closing matters. Experience in corporate finance transactions is a plus.

Excellent writing and analytical skills required. Large firm experience preferred.
